Billy Joel’s "Scenes From An Italian Restaurant" Dinner @ Amici's

Billy Joel told Long Island's BEACH magazine that pasta is his favorite food..Billy Joel may be the “Piano Man” to his millions of fans but, around here, he’s also known as "the Pasta Man" .

According to Joel, a waiter at Benito II uttered the famous lyrics when Joel sat down to eat. The waiter said, “A bottle of white? A bottle of red? Perhaps a bottle of rosé* instead?” Joel liked the sound of the line and used it as the opening to his famed tune.

So we are going to have a Billy Joel Inspired Italian meal. His favorites Menu! I will bring the Bottle of Red, the Bottle of White. We will have Monday night Italian meal 🍴
